As we’ve showed you yesterday, a rare Toyota 2000GT got delivered to the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show and after being carefully unloaded from its trailer, the sleek classic coupe found its spot at the show.
The very first Toyota sportscar from the ‘60s took a spot in one of the show’s display tents along with other automotive legends, like the Lexus LFA, a Toyota GTP from the early ‘90s, Lexus LFA and even the first Batmobile as you can see in the photos bellow.

Designed in collaboration with Yamaha, the Toyota 2000GT was first seen at the Tokyo Motor Show in 1965, entering production two years later and exiting in 1970, after only 337 units made.

The highly collectible 2000GT was offered with a 2-liter straight-six engine and a bigger 2.3-liter tuned by Yamaha for nine special edition MF-12 units.
