Clarkson, Hammond and May have recently entered a new dimension of the car world. The Top Gear presenters have “joined” Peter Griffin, the star of the Family Guy show.
The tree have been turned into cartoon characters and the story doesn’t end here. BBC3 has also done an interview with the man behind Family Guy, Seth McFarlane.
The comic strip showing them can be found in the Top Gear magazine (December issue) and the trio also interviews Peter Griffin.
Griffin talks about the greatest speed he had ever achieved behind the wheel “"88 miles per hour. I'd have gone faster, but I ended up back in 1955." - the character makes a reference to the “Back to the Future” movie here.
As you can imagine, Family Guy has also had its side of the benefits that result from the collaboration. For example, the illustration you see above was used to showcase Family Guy Season 12, which has recently arrived in DVD form.
