Too Much Speed, Too Little Lean and the Ninja 636 Crashes

At least the fellow who has uploaded this Kawasaki Ninja 636 crash was honest: "Went in too fast for my comfort/skill level. Panicked when I started veering towards the outside of the turn and tried to ride out the ditch," he writes.
Despite this wipeout being completely avoidable should the chap ave leaned lower in the turn, the fact tat he figured out where his mistake was and can admit the true causes of the crash makes us believe he's learned his lesson and thus ride safer from that moment on.

It's often when we see riders crashing in the most stupid ways and invoking all sorts of reasons to avoid admitting it was their silly mistake. In fact, the roads really are full of dangers and obstacles, since we're talking public, open routes, and not MotoGP tracks. And when a rider gets rubber side down and plays it cool, he or she should at least have minimum skills to face the real-life conditions. Ride safe and watch out!
