Let’s not kid ourselves, the NASCAR scene is good for the hotdogs, beer and the crashes. It’s even more amazing when that crash takes place on the last lap of the race, proving that everything can always be won or lost.
At this weekend’s Talladega, a massive 25-car crash took place. During the last two laps, Matt Kenseth was in front but Tony Stewart took the lead before the white flag came down. However, he and Michael Waltrip’s car snagged bumpers, and a massive crash took place heading out of Turn 3 at Talladega.
Chaos then ensues in the four-wide pack. Tony gets airborne and the car ends up on its side. The only cars that got through were winner Matt Kenseth , Jeff gordon , Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin.
