Tiny homes might be small, but most of the models come with clever design solutions that make them feel incredibly spacious. These dwellings, which are often mobile, manage to include storage options that maximize space and comfort. Woodlands Vault is a great example.
Recently, Joey Nelson from Park Model Homes offered a video tour of the unit. This house is on the bigger side. It’s a spacious park model that sits on a four-axle trailer, and it’s packed with amenities.

It measures 35 ft (10.6 meters) in length, and it’s 12-ft-wide (3.6-meter-wide). The Woodlands Vault comes with 399 sq ft (37 sq meters) of available living space, pushing the limits of tiny living. It has a loft, a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen, and a raised living room.

Perhaps the most striking feature you’re going to notice is the exterior cabinets with pull-out cargo trays where owners can put away bigger items. That was possible thanks to the elevated living room. The team from Park Model Homes raised this area up to 18 inches (46 cm) in order to include a small basement underneath.

What’s interesting is that the living room is by no means smaller. You get ample space there, plus another storage area that’s similar to the aforementioned one that can be accessed from the outside. Other features included there are an entertainment center with floating shelves, a large sofa, and a recliner.

A few steps ahead is a gourmet kitchen, which has a corner sink, a five-burner gas stove with an oven, a convection microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. There’s also a table for four and plenty of cabinets and drawers. And if that’s still not enough, the model comes with a corner storage area in the hallway as well.

The bathroom on this unit has a shower with glass doors, three medicine cabinets, a round sink, and a toilet. Next to the bathroom is a comfortable downstairs bedroom that looks no different than one you’d see in a regular apartment.

It includes a queen-size mattress, overhead cabinets, and two bookshelves on each side of the bed. Surprisingly, it can also fit his-and-hers closets and up to six drawers. Above the bedroom is the loft, which has enough space for an entertainment center, a large bed, and a sitting area.

With all the features included, Woodlands Vault is valued at over $123,000. It’s not a “tiny” price at all, but you might actually have to chance to get your hands on it since this tiny home is currently the subject of a giveaway.
