Three Toyotas and One Lexus Nominated in 2014 Car of the Year List

Yes, it’s that time of the year when journalists gather, do some research, make some charts, squint a bit and come up with the Car of the Year list that will totally make you change your mind and buy a family car instead a coupe sportscar... maybe a Skoda.

The provisional list of candidates for the Car of the Year 2014 award has just been announced, having 30 vehicles selected for now, its final form being awaited to show up in November.

Having such a great portfolio, Toyota got four vehicles on the preliminary list - the gorgeous all new Lexus IS performance sedan, the Toyota Auris hatch, the upscale Corolla sedan and the value-driven RAV4.
