Three Toyota Legends
This is definitely a scene you don’t see every day and I’m genuinely jealous on the guy that snapped this beautiful shot.
The workshop you see in in the background recently housed three Toyota legends - a Lexus LFA, Toyota Supra and Toyota 2000GT - all painted in red. They are said to belong to the president of a Toyota distributor in Costa Rica and a previous Gazoo racing driver.

Starting with the oldest and rarest, the Toyota 2000GT was produced between 1967 to 1970 with only 337 units leaving the factory. The classic-shaped sportscar is extremely low, measuring 116 cm (45.7 inch) in height and there were two special open-top models that were built for the James Bond movie “You Only Live Twice.” Power is supplied by a 2-liter straight-six engine from the period’s Crown sedan, that was tuned by Yamaha to develop 150 hp.

Next, you can see the Mark IV Toyota Supra, which was in fact the last generation made. Produced between 1992 and 2002, the Supra got quickly on the tuner’s first choices list for its 3-liter 2JZ six-cylinder engine that can develop a massive output if tuned properly.

Last but not least, there is the Lexus LFA supercar, which is the second rarest Toyota vehicle after the 2000GT. Produced between 2010 to 2012, only 500 LFA units were made including the Nurburgring special editions. The car’s body is made out of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) and Toyota had to create a special looming machine just to create different body panels and interior trimmings. Powering the beast is a 4.8-liter V10 churning 552 hp to the rear wheels via a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
