Weistec Engineering is currently one of just a few big name tuning companies in the US of A and they are known mainly for making one of the world's most powerful Mercedes-Benzes SLS AMG.
Their SLS 750 supercharger system is capable of squeezing no less than... drum rolls... 750 horsepower from the M159 engine under that looong hood of the SLS AMG, while torque figures are improved to a tire-scorching 900 Nm (664 lb ft).
Well, it seems that the engineers from Weistec didn't like resting on their laurels too much, because the SLS AMG Black Series in the adjacent photos, spotted by MB World at the 2013 SEMA show, will most likely top the aforementioned figures.
We say this because the “standard” SLS AMG has 60 horsepower less than the Black Series version, so going by math alone the following candy apple red SLS should have 800+ horsepower, right? Not exactly grocery-getter numbers for a rear-wheel driven monster.
We will tell you more about the car's performance numbers after Weistec Engineering releases the official specs, because they have apparently been a bit tight-lipped about the subject so far.
