This Pepperoni C3 Corvette Exists for a Reason: Are You Hungry?

The C3 Corvette might not stand out us one of the top-notch beauties in the American classic sports car collection, but its design won’t pass unnoticed. Hey, who are we fooling, it's a masterpiece. But to wrap that piece of American auto history in one of US’ most popular dish takes things to a whole new culinary level.

Yes, it’s a gorgeous C3 Corvette wrapped in a modern form of the Ancient Greek pikte (editor’s note: it appears to be one of the ancient words that has something to do with the roots of the word “pizza”). This pizza, we mean car, is filled with pepperoni and cheese, just like we all like our actual pizza to come. So in a way we’re allowed to call it the C3 Pepperoni.

So, the C3 Pepperoni is, in fact, a marketing strategy Dan Collier is using to promote his Ventura County restaurant chain PizzaManDan’s. According to First We Feast, the munchies-giving auto was seen at the Las Vegas Convention Center recently. He drove it there to attend the 31st annual International Pizza Expo. Waaaait, there’s an International Pizza exposition, and we missed it? Nooooo...

Anyway, the C3 was obviously one of the most popular things present in the Center’s parking lot, even though the real deal obviously was happening inside the facility. And since we did mention the event, let us just say that you guys can rest assure, the trade show for the pizza industry is not really a public show.

The attendees include pizzeria or pizza-concept restaurant owners, operators and managers, as well as distributors and food brokers.

The question left to ask and for you to answer is: what is missing? Better put, what would you complete this pizza with?
