Let's face it! Nowadays, stock exhausts are no longer preferred by the masses, especially those who buy powerful cars like the M3.
The reason is simple: the aftermarket systems are offering too many improvements not to be taken into consideration, despite their high prices. Akrapovic proved itself as a worthy company, building parts for major manufacturers, including BMW-derived Alpina.
However, few of us actually know how beautiful such an exhaust looks like, once installed on our car. Sure, you can look at the exhaust tips all day long (and they do look beautiful) but they are just the tip of the iceberg.
Underneath the car, you'll find even more beautiful scenery, made out of stainless steel or titanium. The car on display today went for the latter, saving more than 31 lbs of extra weight and bringing a brand new sound to this Alpine White BMW E92 M3.
