High-quality car photos don’t necessarily need to be taken with a super-expensive camera, as today’s technology provides us with alternatives that are a lot more convenient for everyone.
The world of gaming, for example, which already features high-definition graphics with an impressive attention to details, allows us to take photos of the cars we use to race, only to then further edit them in dedicated software on our computers for stunning looks.

This is the case of the pictures that you see here, which were made in The Crew 2. The GT by Citroen wallpaper-quality photos are created by frzeditz, also known as Stancelord on Instagram, and show just how awesome the concept car is from certain angles.

The GT by Citroën concept car was specially created, designed and produced in 2008 for the video game Gran Turismo 5 and is now available in multiple video games like The Crew 2, the game I took those shots on. That thing is probably one of my fav French concept car ever... what about you guys?” frzeditz said on Instagram.

GT by Citroen was announced on October 2 at the 2008 Paris Motor Show and was specifically designed to be used in Gran Turismo 5, just like frzeditz explained. However, the car then made its way to so many games, some of which you can play today on both PlayStation and PC.

The real version of the GT by Citroen was supposed to develop close to 650 horsepower, while the Gran Turismo Sport sibling came in several configurations.

The road version of the GT by Citroen, for example, had a maximum output of 500 horsepower and 521 Nm of torque, while the Gr. 4 model generated 394 horsepower. Needless to say, the concept version was the most powerful in Gran Turismo 5, with a maximum power of 778 hp.
