This Could Be Jules Verne's Ducati

Steampunk bikes often tend to be a bit too cheesy, but this one showed at the Bremen Classic Bike Show 2013 in Germany retails the full aggressive nature of the base model, yet beautifully blended with an elegant touch of custom work.

There are several things which please the eye as much as they please the custom lover's mind, with the coiled oil radiator being as unique and astonishing as it seem to be effective, too. And a scrambler-type horizontal exhaust on a Ducati is not a thing we run into every day...

We also loved the trimming various elements such as heat shields and camshaft belt covers got, in perfect styling sync with the rest of the bike. The pipe wrapping adds in a slight dash of “rat character” to this build, exceptionally complementing the sating paint job, retro fork gaiters and mellow color.

If Jules Verne lived today, we believe he'd most likely liked to have this awesome Ducati as one of his daily rides. Via Brauchi's Bikes, creators of the uber-nice Jagdbobber.
