Very desirable in this day and age, the first-gen Bronco we’ll cover on this occasion isn't a garage queen, but it's downright exquisite. Offered at no reserve, chassis number U15GLQ74732 was reconditioned in 2014 with a repaint in Seafoam Green, new interior trim, and a Roush V8 swap.
The 347-cu in (5.7-liter) crate engine replaces the original 302-cu in (4.9-liter) motor, which is also included in the sale. Pop the hood, and you’ll further notice two air filters for the twin-snorkel intake system, FAST electronic fuel injection, MSD electronic ignition, a Blaster coil, an aluminum radiator, and shorty headers. As per the seller, an oil change was reportedly performed last fall.

Currently showing 49,000 miles (78,858 kilometers) on the clock, the full-top Bronco is rocking quad shocks, a two-speed transfer case, an automatic transmission with a column shifter, and Warn hubs up front. Now rolling on Goodyear Wrangler all-terrain tires wrapped around white steel wheels, the old-school utility vehicle is equipped with power-assisted front brakes, a roll bar in the rear, shoulder restraints for the front occupants, a period-looking head unit with Bluetooth, as well as Vintage Air climate control.

White vinyl covers the front buckets and folding bench seat, and the interior of the tub has been finished with spray-on textured coating during the restoration. A bronze-colored steering wheel perfectly complements the chrome-finish tilting column, and the seller has also improved the exhaust with DynoMax mufflers and a pair of tips that exit behind the rear wheels.

The U15 Bronco further boasts chromed bumpers, uncut rear fenders, J.W. Speaker LED headlights, and twin fuel fillers on the driver’s side, which are plumbed to a single fuel tank. The covered spare on the swing-away carrier and a soft top add to the desirability of this very clean and very cool SUV.

With five days of bidding left and after eight bids, chassis number U15GLQ74732 is currently sitting at $35,250 on Bring a Trailer.
