THINK Enters the Austrian Market

THINK, a Scandinavian electric vehicle manufacturer, will be present on the the Austrian market through an import and distribution contract with Wolfgang Denzel Auto AG.

THINK vehicles will be present in Denzel Group’s Austrian dealer network, joining brands like Mitsubishi, Volvo, BMW, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia and Ferrari. Denzel Group has created a THINK dedicated subsidiary, Electro Drive Denzel GmbH, that will handle distribution and sales.

We have handled some limited THINK City sales in Austria over the last 18 months, and with those we have on the roads today there have been no complaints whatsoever – either mechanical or customer satisfaction related – these are truly excellent, safe and reliable urban vehicles.  Demand here for the THINK City is very high, and we expect to exceed our sales forecasts for 2010.”, Denzel Group manager, Michael Roeck said.

The THINK City electric car comes to the world via the Finland plant of the company’s production partner, Valmet Automotive.
