These Two Grannies Drive a Liberty Walk Lamborghini Murcielago

Many drivers, yours truly included, have enjoyed the kind of amusement that ensues when one asks his or her mother to get behind the wheel of a fast car. But what about grandmothers?

The answer comes in the form of the video below, which shows two grannies sharing a Lamborghini for a day. When asked to run errands around the city in a 650 hp Sant-Agata Bolognese machine, the two simply couldn't say no.

Lamborghinis aren't exactly known for ease of driving, with the exception of the Huracan, but as with any brand out there, some models are more difficult to handle than others. With the Lambo in question being a Murcielago, we're dealing with a collection of characteristics that have plenty of potential to ruin a driver's city navigation desires.

From the poor visibility to the automated manual transmission and even the V12 heart, this Murcie is one of the last vehicles you'd like to use for urban tasks.

As aficionados can tell after watching the piece of footage below, this is a Raging Bull that has gone down the customization route. However, we don't expect pieces such as the wide fenders of the Liberty Walk kit seen here to help with maneuvering the vehicle in traffic.

We can't help but applaud this video effort for being a member of what appears to be an endangered species, namely the kind of giggle-generating productions that don't have to turn into fake pranks that cross the line in order to draw attention.

To the best of our knowledge, no Lamborghini was harmed in the making of this video. And while we can't be sure the clutch was OK with the vehicle being handed over to the pair of elderly friends with amusement on the agenda, there's nothing a visit to the service can't fix, right?
