And their curious habits are not resuming only to how they eat, dress or interact with each other, but also getting translated in how they ride and especially how their rides look.
Such style is represented by the bosozoku culture, which first appeared on scooters. The bosozoku, as far as we can tell, resumes at how much exaggerated body panels and crazy accessories you can fit on your ride, so don’t be surprised to see very low and long scooters with speakers and huge exhaust, or cars with fins and huge air wings.
Such a “fine” example of not functional but interesting tuning is represented by this Toyota Corona T14 we see here in the pictures. According to the source, this vehicle is pretty rare among the “bosozoku-ers”. It has a modified shark-nose, fins, very wide bolt-on wheel arches, exaggerated front lips and side skirts as well as some other crazy add-ons, like the huge upwards V-shaped exhaust tips and a tsurikawa (some sort of handle you often see in their urban transportation) attached to the rear bumper.
