The World's Fastest LPG Powered Car: G-Power Hurricane GS

With a top speed of 333 km/h and a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 4.6 seconds, the monster created by G-Power managed to take the throne away from AC-Schnitzer's E92 3 Series Coupe GP3.10 which held the top spot for nearly 4 years with a top speed of 318.1 km/h.

This goes to prove that going green doesn't necessarily mean a lack of performance. Also, all the voices saying that you lose performance when installing a LPG system in you car can now be shut.

The S85 V10 engine has been fitted with a SKII package with LPG conversion, two ASA Superchargers along with a water-cooled intercooler and a remapped ECU. The final result is a total output of 650 HP and 650 Nm of torque from a LPG powered unit.

The advantages of this kind of a car are pretty obvious. First of all, the price of LPG is 50% less than a regular liter of petrol. Second, the CO2 Emission levels will drop another 15%.
