Shelby fans, get ready to be wowed: the only Shelby Black Hornet ever created is going to be auctioned on the popular bidding website eBay, with all funds going to The Carroll Shelby Children's Foundation. The bid will start at $100,000 and will be managed by Restoration Hardware, a notification published on the official website of the auction reads.
“In 1991, I made a promise to help children in need of heart and kidney care while lying in the hospital waiting for my own heart transplant. So mark your calendars for December 2, submit your bid at eBay, and make this holiday one to remember for you and children all over the world,” Carroll Shelby said.
