BMW's UK branch just posted a video on their Youtube channel with the 2014 BMW F10 5 Series, fresh out the oven, as they say.
The new model is therefore the most advanced 5er ever built, as it's only normal. The LCI 5 Series that will start production this month, is fitted with all sort of revolutionary technology that was never before seen on such a car.

Amongst these features you'll find some that were even showcased in the video like the iDrive touch controller, improved steering, the Comfort Access system (that allows the tailgate of Touring models to be opened hands-free) and the new ConnectedDrive system, of course.

The most interesting feature of that last option is the Traffic Jam Assistant that will actually drive the car for you in massive jams, keeping it in the same lane even when the roads bend around a corner.

The Traffic Jam Assistant feature is available as part of the Driving Assistant Plus option that will also bring you the Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go function and Collision Warning with braking function.
