Ever since it arrived in most showrooms around the world this September, the W222 generation of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class has been heralded by most car reviewers as either the best car in the world or at least the current king of the full-size luxury segment.
The most recent automotive media to test the newest “Sonder Klasse” are the Brits from CarBuyer, which have put together a rather meticulous video review of the model.
Even though they're not mentioning it directly, it's pretty obvious that the car tested is the S 350 Bluetec version, which is powered by a three-liter turbocharged V6 diesel that offers 258 hp and 620 Nm (457 lb ft).
On the whole, the CarBuyer reviewer has a lot of good things to say about the car, with the accent being put on the quality – whether it's the materials used or the technologies present on the vehicle.
Naturally, as with almost all British automotive media, there has to be a Jaguar or Land Rover reference somewhere in there when talking about any of the German premium trio, but you can check out the review for yourself below and make your own opinion about it.
