Even though it was sad to learn about Radical Ducati shutting down for good, the spirit of this amazing custom workshop will carry on within every bike the Spaniards built. And just to prove once more that Radical Ducati was all about creativity and unexpected machines, their last build is a... BMW.
The BMW R90 Interceptor follows the Rad recipe closely and sums parts gathered from Bavarian machinery, Suzuki and Ducati. A joint venture project with parts supplier Max Boxer, the R90 Interceptor is just as intriguing as any other Radical beast.

Interceptor comes with a modified and reinforced R80 ST frame, a Ducati Sport front end clamped to Monster yokes and with Tomaselli clip-ons. Hand controls and hardware come from Ducati, Rad and Suzuki, with Monster rotors squeezed by Discacciati calipers.

Seat and fenders are Rad, with the rearsets provided by Tarozzi and Laverda sourcing the modified tank. The engine was performance tuned and now breathes in through MWR foam intakes, and out through an S1000RR silencer.

Check out Radical Ducati's page for a complete list of modifications and parts. And yes, this bike is now more than capable to intercept you, even if you're riding a modern sportsbike.
