Boys and girls, mark your calendars for July 17, 2016. That’s the day when the peculiar green tent of The Grand Tour will be put up for the first time.
Yes, ladies and gents. We’ve been waiting for this bit of news ever since the deal with Amazon Prime was struck. If you happen to live in South Africa, preferably near the city of Johannesburg, you’ll be able to take part in the filming of the first studio recording of The Grand Tour. If you don’t live in South Africa, fret not.

The ginormous budget of the motoring show headed by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May will be put to good use as follows: if you have an Internet connection and a Twitter account, then you have a chance of winning tickets, travel, and accommodation. Thanks, Amazon, you're too kind.

Those who want to be part of the recording in Johannesburg have to share a photograph or video on Twitter of the most unusual place they’ve ever put up a tent, using the hashtag #TheGrandTourJoburg. That's all!

Three pairs of tickets are on the line and the winners will be selected by none other than Jeremy, Richard, and James. How cool is that? The competition ends on June 8, so go buy a tent now if you don’t have one.

The terms and conditions of competition can be found in the release below. Good luck and godspeed!
