Normally, 414 HP and 295 lb-ft (400 Nm) of torque would be enough for any adrenaline junkie behind the wheel of a BMW M3. However, one veteran aficionado decided he wants more. A lot more!
He went to European Auto Source to supercharge his M3 to oblivion. They managed to squeeze no less than 703 WHP and 478 wtq (648 Nm) of torque out of the S65 V8 4-liter unit. That is the biggest number we've ever seen on a BMW E92 M3.
The ESS Supercharger system was taken up to 13.5 PSI in order to achieve such numbers and the dyno run proved the guys managed to achieve what seemed impossible: over 700 horses for the rear axle.
If we were to consider a 15% power loss over the drivetrain, the car's engine should produce around 800 HP before sending them to the rear wheels. That's almost twice as much as the stock car.
For all of you non-believers out there, the guys from EAS even filmed the car on the dyno to show you the results and we posted the clip below to satisfy your curiosity.
