The Ducati “Scrambler You Are” video contest is back with a new edition. The contest is promoted by the Future Films Festival and is aimed at discovering young talented film makers.
“Scrambler You Are” is addressed to amateur video makers and is offering them a most welcome chance to express themselves portraying the Ducati Scrambler using the "Land of Joy" lifestyle theme.

More details about the contest can be found on the official webpage scrambleryouare.scramblerducati.com. The contest is open to entries from all over the world, and participants will be able to upload their creations starting with the 13th of July. Entries are not accepted after October 20.

A 5,000 euro prize for the winner

The movies must be between 60 and 120 seconds long and must be centered on the "urban jungle". Their authors are expected to find the best and most creative ways to portray the urban environment with all the aspects of the city, such as graffiti, skate parks, street food, outdoor scenes, nature, and of course, bikes.

Competitors must be 18 or older and their videos should be filmed digitally and not published previously.

An online jury will judge the videos and vote for the winner, who will receive a €5,000 ($5,600) prize money check. The runner-up will also be awarded a €1,000 ($1,120) prize. Even more, one of the contestants, not necessarily the winner or the runner-up, will be chosen to work with Ducati as an "assistant director on the production of a short film about the Scrambler world."

It matters little if you're a Ducati or Scrambler fan or not, or whether you can ride or not, or own a motorcycle or rollerblades. All that matters is to get creative and find the best visual expression of your view of the city. And you could become a star!
