The BMW E46 M3 Is Always a Head Turner

The reason why we're all together as a big BMW community is the way these amazing cars make us feel. Of course, looks matter too, as it is the case with everything in this world, but the most important thing is how a BMW makes you feel.

That's why when you see a E46 M3, like James Camarador, has you are left simply breathless. The E46's good looks, amazing engine and crazy feel made the previous M3 stand out in the crowd. Even today, almost 7 years after the last E46 M3 was produced we're still enchanted by it's impressive stance and angry face.

The one we're looking at today has a flawless Interlago Blue paint job and came equipped with the Competition Package and a manual 6-speed gearbox from the assembly lines, as any M3 should.

However, it wouldn't be a proper BMW if it was stock. That's why James decided to change some things to his own liking. First he fitted the car with some CCW Classic wheels and then noticed that there was just too much space between the wheels and the car's flared wheel arches.

That's when he decided to work at the car's performance a little bit and started by fitting a BC Racing Coilover system with custom springs that gave the car the stance it has today. After that the CCW Wheels didn't look exactly as he wanted so he went for new ones, from the HRE Vintage Series, the 501s.

Even though the car's stock 343 HP is more than enough a true BMW will always surprise you with it's impressive numbers. That's why James' car has a VF Engineering VF480 Supercharger system that took the total power output up to 420 HP at the wheels.
