The Blue Marble is a famous picture of Earth, taken on December 7, 1972 from the Apollo 17 spacecraft. However, than wasn't when it rose to fame but rather in the 2000s, when Apple used it as wallpaper for their iconic iPhone.
Today we're using it's name to describe a beautiful 2013 BMW F10 M5 painted Monte Carlo Blue that, in the sunset light, reminds us of the iconic image of the third planet from the Sun.

However, as you might've figured it out by now, the car is no longer stock. It was tastefully transformed by its owner, to fit his desires perfectly. Outside you'll notice RKP's carbon fibre lip on the front bumper, a 3D design rear diffuser made of the same material, iND's own black badges, an OEM CF spoiler on the boot lid and the 3D Design mirrors.

The sound of the 4.4-liter V8 also had to be enhanced so an Akrapovic Titanium exhaust was installed with AMS catted downpipes, for a meaner growl. To top everything off, 21" HRE S101 wheels with satin black faces and gloss black lips were installed for that 'wow' factor.

In the end, the car came out perfectly and we wouldn't have it any other way. The photos taken by Alex Stone came out just right to capture its beautiful curves and powerful lines, making for some great wallpapers. Enjoy!
