The day when we'll be saying goodbye to the current, historic M3, is drawing closer by the minute. That's why Vorsteiner decided to create one last unique body kit for the Bimmer, the GTRS5.
The stock E92 M3 already comes with a number or aerodynamic changes done by the engineers from the Motorsport division, in order to offer the person behind the wheel the best possible driving experience. However, most of the time, BMW owners decide to take their cars further and push them beyond their limits by adding turbochargers, custom brakes, new seats, etc. in order to go even faster.
That's when you'll need a new aerodynamic kit, like the GTRS5. The Vorsteiner creation is based on the GTRS3 but also has distinctive features. The front bumper now has additional vents for an improved airflow whilst at the back, the rear diffuser has slightly longer fins for even more downforce.
On either side of the rear bumper, the package offers vertical vents with carbon inserts, all in order to reduce drag and increase the air flow. However, this was a limited edition kit and only 40 units were produced. Being released in August, it's less likely that you'll be able to find one available now, especially since it was created to commemorate the retiring of the only V8-powered M3 ever built.
