With just weeks to go before the scheduled unveiling of the Tesla pickup truck, we can now dream about the unconventional look of the workhorse once again, with digital artist Emre Husmen having introduced a rendering of the machine.
While the pixel play we have here is not related to Elon Musk's company, the artist did stick to the hints provided by the entrepreneur, who has used a Tweet to let it slip that "Cybertruck doesn’t look like anything I’ve seen bouncing around the Internet. It’s closer to an armored personnel carrier from the future,"

Then again, you don't need to be a designer to figure out that the styling of the electric truck will set it apart from its internal combustion engine rivals - a quick glance at the upcoming Tesla Semi is enough to let you know that Palo Alto doesn't intend to give up on the sleek, futuristic design of its already-out-there sedans.

Now, if the contraption we have here looks familiar, it's probably because we've talked about this back in May. However, the pixel master has now gifted the machine with a bed cover and this appears to suit the vehicle's design.

After all, accessories are a key part of the pickup market and it shouldn't take too long after the arrival of the Tesla model until we get to see such goodies joining the vehicle, be it by official or third party means.

In another recent Tweet, Musk has confirmed that the pickup truck reveal remains on track for November. And the expectation level is rather high, not least because the Tesla CEO dropping some interesting numbers for the upcoming toy.

The towing capacity of the truck is expected to sit at 300,000 lbs, while the range will be between 400 and 500 miles.

And while there will be more expensive versions, Musk has maintained the promise of a $49,000 starting price.
