Tesla Model S Teased Again

Teasers, teasers and again teasers. While we're not sure that car enthusiasts around the world enjoy these teasers rolled out ahead of the 2009 Geneva Auto Show, automakers surely do. Car manufacturers around the world attempt to cause a stir among car lover using a bunch of teasers giving a glimpse into how their future models will look like. This is exactly the case of Testa Motors who today rolled out the second official teaser of Model S, the company electric sedan.

Despite the recently-reported financial problems, it seems like the sedan is still on track if taking into account this new teaser. Even though details are pretty unknown at this point, we do know the Model S claims an autonomy of 225 miles on a single charge. However, this new model may arrive anytime in the next four years, worldcarfans reported.

As you can see for yourself in the adjacent photo, the car looks quite appealing, despite the fact that most hybrid/electric models currently on the market or scheduled to arrive soon share a futuristic design. The four door Model S boasts a four-door bodystyle, with small exterior mirros and body color-painted door handles. Since the car is expected to run exclusively on batteries, it will probably feature a number of lightweight materials, including aluminum and carbon fiber.

The aforementioned source says Testa Roadster owners will benefit from a $10,000 price reduction, with pricing details ranging between $30,000 and $60,000, according to some recent rumors. People who want to reserve the vehicle have to pay around $10,000.

Even though you may expect to see the sedan at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, you won't because the automaker plans to unveil it on March 26 during a separate event.
