As of Friday, European reservation holders for Tesla’s insanely successful Model 3 can get to work and customize their rides online, as configurators in several countries across the continent are up and running.

Tesla said late on Thursday that the configurator for the people living in the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and France are now available and all can start choosing the options for the car of their dreams. Furthermore, all holders will be asked to confirm their reservations by December 31.

Tesla says all the cars ordered by the end of the year will be delivered in the first half of 2019. Each of those configuring their electric vehicles will receive an estimated time of delivery as soon as they complete the process. The first Model 3s should be on European roads in February 2019.

The company will contact customers as soon as the delivery date approaches to ask details about the registration and the payment method.

Unfortunately for those still waiting for the price list for the Model 3 in Europe, we are still some time away from the moment when they will be revealed. As per the official Tesla site, “rates will be confirmed at a date closer to commercialization.”

Already on display in the company’s stores across Europe, the Model 3 is not available for test rides, so for now the whole deal of buying one is based on utter trust, at least when it comes to both the capabilities of the vehicle and the prices that will be asked for it.

Officially, the Model 3 has a range of over 530 km with the AWD dual motor and a 0 to 100 km acceleration time of 3.7 seconds.

Of course, all buyers have the option of going online and checking out the thousands of reviews of a car that is undoubtedly one of the most popular in history.
