Like any other such app, Waze also raised controversies when it came to how sharing traffic information would influence the police investigations. Then there was the idea of governmental agencies getting information from anonymous users worldwide to improve the accuracy of a program. These factors and others undoubtedly leave some questions unanswered, but that doesn’t mean Google’s GPS-based geographical navigation program is not growing in popularity.
Since we’re forced to say goodbye to Daenerys Targaryen, all of us, Game of Thrones fans, will have to wait for about two weeks to get to see the British beauty on the screens once again. But it shouldn’t be a problem for the British actress, considering Arnold Schwarzenegger is reprising his role as the eponymous character.

Yep, the Terminator is back flesh and...metal, fighting evil machines along Emilia Clarke. And we can’t wait for the fifth installment of the science fiction film to hit theaters on July 1st. Until then, however, we have the machine’s famous voice telling you the best road to take to get to your destination. Only if you’re one of the 50 million Waze users of course.

“I’m a Terminator Cyberdyne Systems Model 101, and you’re coming with me.” That’s what your car could tell you once you start that engine. The program lasts for about a month, according to USA Today. The actor, former California governor, fanatic petrolhead, great director and most of all a funny Hollywood star has partnered up with Google’s app.

It’s one of those win-win situations, considering that the Austrian-accented actor is using it as a way to promote his latest movie. Meanwhile, Waze are making sure that the number of users keeps going up.

According to the source, the voices already have been taped, with everything from routine commands such as “turn left” to the specifics such as “Hasta la vista, Baby” included. With the partnership kicking off today, the Terminator feature will last until mid-July.

We can’t but wonder what’s Schwarzenegger’s line for when Waze indicates a police controlled dot on the map...
