A ten-year-old in Norway recently played the role of his father in a totally unconventional manner - the boy stole the family car and took his toddler sister for a joyride in the middle of the night.
He left for their grandmother’s house, but didn’t manage to get very far. The reason? Not unexpectedly, his lack of skill got them stuck in the snow. The vehicle was sitting in a ditch when it was noticed by a snowplow operator.

According to the local media, the boy explained he was a dwarf and had slid into the ditch as he had tried to make an U-turn, all in the effort to get back home and grab the license he had forgotten.

The kid also said he was aiming to get to his grandma, whose house was about 30 km (18.6 miles) away. He even wanted the snowplow driver to tow his car so he and his 18-month sister could continue their journey.

Police took the children, who were fortunately not harmed in the incident, back to their home.
