Take a Detailed Look at Deadmau5’s New Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

Purrari is by far the most popular name Deadmau5 gave to one of his sportscars, but that Ferrari 458 Italia is now belonging to somebody else since the Canadian DJ sold it so he could order a new Lamborghini Huracan. While his McLaren P1 is still being put together, Zimmerman just received some really good news: his super customized Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was sent to Canada.

No, we’re not messing up the name of the cars, nor are we messing with your heads, but that is simply the car fleet Joel Zimmerman currently ownes. He simply is a very successful EDM artist that is quite crazy about cars. Ever since we started following his experiences with powerful sportscars he would race on tracks and on public roads, there was a single thing that wouldn’t change - Deadmau5 has no love for offroaders.

All done! Shipping to Canada tomorrow! Them @rigidindustries blinders this! RIP deer :)

Well, with his new acquisition things appear to be changing in the 34-year old artist’s lifestyle. In fact, as he put it on Instagram, it appears he has some serious hunting plans. The 4x4 has all the possible amenities any petrolhead willing to go for some serious adventure could wish for. The DPR off-road rims are wearing some Toyo tires, while that suspension is obviously there to resist on any terrain.

What really stands out the moment you take a look at the car’s exterior is that forward projecting LED light installment that will sure scare away any living breed in the woods. Once you get in the car, the bright red interior is quite unexpected if you ask us, especially that Deadmau5 normally goes for the more subtle nuances. Still, the sound system he got, which is a Rockford Fosgate unit, is quite impressive.

We did a bit of digging and managed to find a video in which one of the folks over at Divine1Customs, the auto shop that took care of the DJ’s off-roader, is video-detailing the project so we figured it’s worth sharing.
