Here we go with one more dose of East-Asian madness, but this time it's not the speeding scooter riders causing the commotion.
Some scooter riders are in fact the innocent victims of a cold-blooded hit&run. What caused such a crazy behavior is impossible to fathom, but there is nothing to make us believe the scooter riders were at fault.
There is of course, a possibility that these riders were blocking out the right lane, but even so, plowing through their runs is not justifiable, not by a long shot. We'd rather call this a criminal act with severe consequences and which deserves a huge fine and license revocation for many years.
As for fleeing from the site, this could also bring in some years behind bars, too. Something's very wrong in certain places...
