Here's a nifty piece of bike customization coming from Taiwan, the home of the amazing Rough Crafts guys... but this is no RC machine. This amazing XS650 has been created by Mark Huang, a long-time bike afficionado who also runs a bike parts business.
Since Yamaha XS650 were quite scarce in Taiwan, his had to sourced all the way from California. However, the 1982 beast was in a great condition, so taking it to the next level of awesomeness only took 4 months.

The front fender went away, and a custom aluminium rear one was fabricated. The frame is now inches (7.6 cm) lower in the front, while the 11” rear shocks complemented this move for the rear end. The front brakes were also updated and more aftermarket small parts were installed, without dramatically changing the overall look of the bike.

Custom exhausts have been provided and the Honda CB50 tank received a stunning Air Runner paint job. With the rest of the bike either neatly polished to a silver shine or in a sober, coat of black paint, Mark Huang's Yamaha XS650 is indeed, sweeter than candy. Seen on BikeEXIF.
