Suzuki has released the pricing for the SX4 Aerio special edition model sold in the UK.

The Aerio special edition can be distinguished from the rest of the SX4 range, as it comes with a body-painted front and rear spoiler as well as side skirts. In addition to that, the vehicle features a roof spoiler and tinted rear windows. It’s sporty appearance is competed by the deletion of its roof rails and by the use of bespoke front and rear skid plates.

The car’s interior features increased functionality, as it comes with a luggage area board cover, allowing the user to store luggage safely. In addition to that, it offers a totally flat space when the rear seats are folded.

The SX4 Aerio is based on the SZ4 model, so it uses the 1.6 liter naturally aspirated petrol engine in conjunction with a five speed manual transmission. The unit develops 107 hp at 5,600 rpm and 107 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 rpm, while emitting 143 grams of CO2 per km and offers a combined cycle fuel consumption of 38 US mpg (45.6 UK mpg). It allows the vehicle to deal with the 0 to 62 mph sprint in 10.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 112 mph.

Only 500 units of the SX4 Aerio will be built, with the vehicle having a retail price of 12,495 pounds.

On sale now and with just 500 being available is the SX4 Aerio which offers an alternative Urban look and more sporting appearance to the recently introduced SZ cross-over range,” stated the press release.
