Is it the dawn of a new turbocharged motorcycle era? A 100% accurate answer cannot be given yet, but Suzuki seems pretty interested in adding light, middleweight-class, turbo-enhanced machines to their roster.

Where's the hype, some might ask. Well, it is really nice to have a real crotch rocket with a supersport-class 588cc parallel twin engine which can effortlessly deliver 100 hp @ 8000 rpm and a liter-class 100Nm (73.7 ft-lbs) torque at a convenient 4500 rpm, isn't it?

The Recursion will be kept on the very light side with extensive use of aluminium parts, a single front rotor, single-side swingarm and a monocoque rear subframe. For a better mass centralization, an underbelly exhaust positioning was chosen, and this solution also adds more negative space under the tail.

Recursion will surface on November 23 at Tokyo and I'm ever so curious to see whether Hamamatsu will really make a production bike of it. The color LCD dash looks absolutely smashing!
