The mighty Supra’s spirit can be found even in other cars, as more an more gearheads are using the 2JZ engine to power their racecars, proving how worthy that six-cylinder engine is.
The latest 2JZ transplant we found was made on this this Nissan 240SX that was built for drifting and it also looks very good.
The engine accommodated lots of performance upgrades, including a Mitsubishi turbo, HKS stainless collector, intake and external wastegate, 750cc injectors, custom exhaust, reinforced clutch a custom aluminum shaft and a Kaaz 2-way differential.
Of course, the list of upgrades continues with more racing gear, like a Rocket Bunny TRA Kyoto body kit, Ferrodo brakes, custom front and rear strutbars , large-diameter sway bars, a full rollcage and striped interior.
