As if a large-displacement boxer BMW motorcycle was not fast or brutal enough, designer Tim Cameron plans to take things to the next level, with his latest project the Supercharger.
In Tim's vision, the R1200 boxer could benefit form being bored out to 1500cc and having a supercharger attached to it. And just to make sure such a bike would not become a boring one too soon, Tim figured out that a large supercharger would be the best complement to a bored-out engine: a high-capacity dual-screw one, to keep things under pressure, so to speak.

Adding a bulky supercharger to such a bile posed some space problems, but tilting the engine 30 degrees to the front allowed the blower to be bolted directly to the engine, while a stacked gearbox would drive the rear wheel just fine.

Tim also figured out huge oil coolers on the sides of the bike. However, with the new BMW cooling system, maybe the Supercharger can get updates, if you know what I mean... Wonder how much power could a supercharged 1500cc boxer deliver. 200 hp? 300? Infinite?
