We know there’s been a lot of drag strip Corvette action around here lately, but we’re not planning to put an end to it just yet. Today you’ll be watching a supercharged, blacked-out sixth-generation Vette that runs 8-second quarter miles, topping the LMR-built 2014 Stingray we’ve seen last week.
This power-packing sportscar was built by Houston’s G-Force and was spotted by High Tech Corvette at the Texas Speed Syndicate track day. HTC didn’t go into specifics on what’s under the front hood, but we bet the mill is sending at least 1,000 horses to the rear wheels, most likely via a Powerglide transmission.

Scroll below to watch it pull several quarter mile runs and don’t hesitate to crank up the volume. You’re in for a real supercharged V8 treat.
