Those people who think Audis are best enjoyed when they're stock should look away because this RS6 has had a lot of things done to it. Firstly, it's finished in carbon fiber, cherry red and pearl black with shiny flakes – not exactly a classic car look.
This is the ABT RS6-R, revealed two months ago by the German tuner during the Geneva Motor Show. The hot estate puts down a hugely impressive 730 hp and was recently driven by supercar spotter Shmee150, who visited the turner's factory.

All that power comes from a re-tuned 4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine. Output is boosted to levels that would impress even a Ferrari owner: 730 HP and 920 Nm (678 lb-ft). Thanks to an all-wheel drive quattro system, the ABT RS6-R gets from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds. That's despite having the body of a family estate and weighing in at around 2 tons.

The tuner has done a number of other changes to the quattro estate, including adding a set of 22x10-inch wheels shod in 295/25 ZR22 Dunlop racing tires. The carbon fiber body kit includes the usual array of spoilers and diffusers which add aggression to an already powerful design. Only 25 of these rockets will be built to order, so you're unlikely to see another one in a hurry.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
