The McLaren 720S is one of the most vicious velocity tools you can currently find in a showroom, with the newcomer showcasing the "2.0" face of the British automotive producer. And now that the Woking missile has hit the streets, the time has come to check out the kind of giggles it can deliver.
One of the internet-famous vloggers that have recently gotten their hands on the McLaren 720S is Supercar Blondie. And, as expected, Alex Hirschi didn't disappoint.
Using her now-usual Middle East setup, she put the 720 hp (don't put your faith in this official output, okay?) through its paces while also... fueling stay-in-the-kitchen pranks.
You see, Alex used the Macca to bake some delicious donuts, with the respectable amount of tire smoke that resulted in the process letting us know that her recipe is the right one.
It's worth noting that, like all modern-era McLarens out there,the 720S packs an open rear diff. The car relies on electronics controlling the brakes to distribute the power between the rear wheels. Nevertheless, as you could expect, that isn't by any means an issue.
Now, you might wonder what happens when somebody uses the McLaren 720S in a velocity confrontation. And we have to remind you that, earlier today, we delivered a drag race involving such a Mac and a Heffner twin-turbo Ford GT, a first-generation car that has been pushed all the way to 1,000 ponies.
The two mid-engined delights, which stand at opposite ends of the go-fast sophistication scale, duked it out on the street, going for a rolling start in order to keep things in check. Oh, and since the guys behind the wheel wanted to make sure the conclusion of their battle is relevant, they engaged in two separate races.
And yes, you can expect more and more McLaren 720S shenanigans to come your way these days.
