Suomy Max Biaggi Replica Helmet Introduced

The new Max Biaggi Replica that the Aprilia rider and current WSBK Champ wore at Monza has just been introduced by Suomy, who claims the new helmet is Biaggi “himself.” By this, Suomy means the helmet features the pirate drawn on top of the shell, and the words "I live competitions only for the will to win" that runs several times around the huge star located behind the helmet.

The star is symbol of the fifth World Championship won last year. The other four stars are on the sides of the helmet, two on each side. You can check out the cool graphics in the adjacent images.

The Suomy Extreme model is realized in 3 different shell sizes (XS-M, L-XL, XXL-XXXL) using a new composite material, a combination of carbon and aramidic fibre. It has removable and washable padding in COOLMAX Sanitized lining.

The possibility to customize the inner liner is a Suomy “plus”, detachable inner paddings and cheek pads are available as spare parts in different thicknesses  to customize helmet fit, accordingly to user head (Suomy patented fitting device).

Light weight, the helmet is well made also in the not visible details. Special port sizes and specific channels in the EPS enhance maximum airflow, air-wedge top diffuser with aero spike air exhausts and side air exhausts assure the correct flow of air inside the helmet.

The visor is thermophormed Lexan polycarbonate, with anti-scratch, anti-fog. The shield is available as spare part also in the following version: anti-reflex water repellent, orange, iridium, iridium mirror blue, chromed and gold, mid tint, full tint and flat racing with tear offs buttons for track use only. Finally, competition style D-ring closure with button to fix the strap (Suomy patented).
