Subaru has revealed the Crossover 7 concept, a seven-seater crossover that will be showcased at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show starting today.
Described as a vehicle that blends “sophisticated urban” looks with “rough-road driving capability”, the Crossover 7 concept could preview a successor for the Subaru Tribeca, which, as we’ve previously reported, will be discontinued starting January 2014.

Inside, the concept vehicle features “smooth tan leather seats that will bring out the desire to go for a drive in any adult” and elegant and roomy space that provides “driving enjoyment and peace of mind at all times”.

The 4,780mm long seven-seater is powered by a 2.5-liter boxer engine connected to a Lineartronic CTV and a symmetrical all-wheel drive system. There’s no word whether or not the Crossover 7 will be put into production, but the concept displayed in Tokyo sure looks production-ready.
