Japanese automaker Subaru has released the first teaser photos of the upcoming BRZ STI. Based on a concept car introduced two years ago, the BRZ STI will feature several performance upgrades and a slightly more powerful engine.
Little is known about the BRZ STI, but word has it the sportscar will get a non-turbocharged power bump of at least 30 HP to about 230 HP. As seen on previous Subaru STI vehicles, the BRZ will also gain a more aggressive appearance thanks to an aerodynamic kit, redesigned bumpers, new front grille, a larger rear wing, and larger STI alloy wheels.
The two teaser shots don’t revealed too much, and the front spoiler looks pretty much the same when compared to the BRZ Sports Pack that was launched in Australia last month, so we’re just going to have to wait for more details to surface.
