Previewed by the WRX Concept that was revealed at the 2013 New York Auto Show, the production version of the 2015 WRX will be unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this month.
Rumored to hit dealerships with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder boxer engine with 265 horsepower under the hood, the brand new WRX is still a mystery as far as design is concerned, although our skilled photographers caught a fully-camouflaged model earlier this year.
But there’s some good news for those anxious to have a peek at the 2015 WRX, as the Japanese-based automaker released a teaser photo of the upcoming vehicle with less than two weeks left until its grand debut. As expected, the production car is a toned down version of the WRX Concept, but it features an aggressive front bumper and a hood scoop large enough to scare 60-year-old grannies driving Toyota Camrys.
Subaru hasn’t released any info about the 2015 WRX, but make sure you stay tuned for the first official details as the LA Auto Show is getting ready to kick in.
