It seems that so far, Subaru’s UK division has received an impressive demand for the BRZ and now the company announced that it has convinced its the head honchos in Japan to let them have more of the sportscar.
In addition, the automaker also said that the Brits will soon get a range of Subaru UK-approved BRZ go-fast, handling and visual modifications. These will come from Pro-R and will be offered through Subaru dealers.
Subaru explains that, thanks to the larger number of imported BR-Z units, customers will have their cars delivered “within two to six weeks of placing an order, depending on final spec and color choice.”
“The BRZ has been a sales success for us, but we’ve always struggled to match demand with supply. We’re hoping that our larger allocation will address this,” said Paul Tunnicliffe, Managing Director of Subaru UK.
