Subaru BRZ Driver Almost Hits Deer on Pitch Black Mountain Road

The last think you want to see while carving up the corners of a mountain road in your Japanese import is the proverbial deer in the headlights.

And yet that's exactly what happened to supercar photographer JTPhotos. He says he was driving down "one of the best roads in the country called Skyline Drive in Virginia" when a furry creature popped out from nowhere straight into the path of his car. Only a clear head and quick reflexes stopped his Subaru BRZ from being damaged.

According to the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries, vehicle accidents involving deer are responsible for less than 2 of all motor vehicle casualties in the sate. On an average year, 3 fatalities and 450 injuries are attributed to this animal. Didn't Stalin have a saying that wen't a little bit like "One death is a tragedy; one million is a statistic"?

The numbers are in its favor, but we see Bambi for the killer that it truly is. And is it just us, or did it intentionally jump in front of the car. "Oh! There is a fast moving object with a human inside coming, better flee right into its path!". The Russians perfect this scheme as a way to make money, but we don't know what the four-legged creature wants.

What we've learned from this video:
1. Deer are similar to Russian pedestrians in at least one way and they reminded us of Stalin
2. ABS is a great invention and whoever says he doesn't need it is crazy
