Subaru BRZ and Scion FR-S EPA Ratings Announced

The Toyobaru project is now among us and we can happily enjoy its fruits. However, sports cars must also have a practical side and this is where the EPA ratings come into play. Getting to the point, we’ll tell you that the economy numbers for the Subaru BRZ and the Scion FR-S have been released.

We have to tell you that the four-cylinder, two-liter, naturally-aspirated, vehicles offer an average level of efficiency, with the six-speed manual transmission models returning 22 miles per gallon for the city cycle and 30 mpg on the highway. As for the optional automatic transmission, thus increases efficiency a bit, with the coupes returning 25 mpg while driving on urban roads and 34 mpg for the highway.
