The Darwin Awards have been created to reward some of the stupidest people on the planet. Well, some of the winners have received their prizes posthumously, since they were stupid enough to also die. It's not the case for such a gruesome story this time but one of the scooter riders in this movie could easily run for a Darwin nomination, at least.
Now, you don't have too be that much of a genius to figure out that a double yellow line has a very serious purposes and road builders are really not joking when they tell you not to pass other vehicles in a certain area.
